Four Years!

Well we made it to four years of marriage. Can you believe it? Time has flown and I have loved every minute. I just don't get how I got so lucky... cliche? Yes. But so true.

This year we celebrated our anniversary a few days late. We decided we have been talking about going up to Logan long enough. So we headed up. We stopped at Maddox for lunch. We love that place. Mostly I love the raspberry butter and their homemade root beer and cream soda. I had like 5 cream sodas. ha. Then we went to the pepperidge farm outlet. We wanted to stock up on our favorite cookies. But sadly the only thing  they had were goldfish. So then we went to Smithfield to visit my grandpa Craguns grave. I hadn't been there since I was 16 or 17 so it was about time. Then we went to the Gossners Cheese Factory to get Nicks favorite milks. And they were all out. ha. So we went to the hotel and watched T.V. and took a nap. We eventually woke up and went to dinner and got Aggie Ice Cream. Yummy! We woke up the next morning ate breakfast then took a walk around the Logan temple. I just think it is beautiful. Then we headed home for church.

It was such a nice weekend with Nick. I just love spending time with him even if its running errands or sitting on the couch. He is truly my best friend in the whole wide world. And I know he has my back no matter what.

Family Party Time

A couple weeks ago we had a family get away. Nicks aunt Sue rented a cabin in Cedar City for a week. All her kids and their families went out. So me, Nick, his mom, and Alex went out together and met them. We just hung out played a few games. The boys went shooting. We took turns riding in the Razor. And of course we had s'mores by the fire.  We spent the night at the cabin then woke up early the next morning and headed back home.

She is home

July 30th my little sister Kiersten came home from her mission. I was pretty excited... we have been BEST frenemies since she was a baby. Now we are mostly friends. Her flight was a late one plus then it got delayed. Which made all of us a little anxious.

The 4th and 24th of July Celebrations.

This 4th of July was pretty fun. I picked Nick up from work nice and early and headed to one of our favorite breakfast places... Ruths diner. They have the best breakfasts... and their biscuits and gravy are to. die. for. And cheap. We met our friends Tiffany and Russ there. After breakfast we went home and went to bed. Once we woke again we went to the Sugar House Arts Festiville. It was very... liberal. ha. Then we went to lunch to one of our other favorites... Pei Wei. After lunch we went back home and relaxed. Then Nick went off to work. And I stayed home and watched fireworks from our balcony.

Arts Festival
Celebrating the 24th was also delightful. First my parents, me, Jill, and some of her kids all went to The Mormon Tabernacle Choir concert. They sang with the guy that plays Hans on Frozen. It was pretty awesome. My mom was in heaven. ha. Then on the 23rd we went out to dinner with Nicks mom and Alex. After dinner we watched Bountifuls fireworks. They are always so long. Then on the 24th Nick and I went to lunch to The Lucky 13 Bar. They have the best hamburgers!! Nick got a banana and peanut butter burger... weird. But I got a bacon and ham burger. It was yummy. After lunch Nick and I sat on our balcony and relaxed. It was so nice. Than Nick went off to work. Friday night we went to down to Ephraim. Andy and his family went down too. It was a nice relaxing weekend. It was sad to go home and back to work.
