The Tuesday before Thanksgiving we went to Nicks moms house. We had birthday cake and such for Eastons birthday. Then we went to The Mocking Jay. It was pretty good. I am excited for the next one to come out. The night before Thanksgiving we went back to Nicks moms and ate pizza and hung out.
Actual Thanksgiving day was a delight. The boys watched football. The girls cooked and looked at ads. And we all just relaxed. And we ate and ate and ate. Oh and played some games. Then Nick headed to work. And the Seahawk game came on. And we destroyed them! YAY! After the game I got a surprise phone call from a good friend of mine... Juan. We went to Snow College together. And we were best friends. We have kept in touch over the years. When Nick and I went to San Francisco a few years ago we went and visited him. Well anyway we got a chance to catch up and talk. It was nice to hear from him. After our chat I watched Frozen with Ridge.
I spent the night at Nicks moms. Then bright and early me, April, and Shellie woke up and headed to Smiths Market Place for some black Friday deals. After some shopping I went home and slept. It was so much fun. And good to catch up with family.
I love Thanksgiving. I just love relaxing and eating. And honestly I have so much to be Thankful for. This past year has been pretty crazy.... my dads emergency heart surgery, my grandma passing away, getting ready for grad school, amongst other things. But I have so much to be thankful for. For real. So freaking much.
