Temple Square 2014

I love going to see the temple in the freezing cold and looking at the lights and feeling the Christmas spirit. And this year I got to use our newish camera.

Mexico 2014

We had a family vacation to Cancun. And it was pretty awesome. Nice and relaxing and I want to go back.

Layover in Houston

Day One: We went to the beach and then dinner at Hard Rock of course. 

Day Two: We went to Chichen Itza and a cenote. We also had a huge lunch with fresh tacos. And dancers and Nick got his horchata. But it was pretty dang awesome. We had so much fun.

Day Three: We went to Tulum and it was freaking amazing. It was a jungle, beach, and ruins. It was beautiful. We actually learned stuff too. I think that was one of our favorite things we did. 

Day Four: Alexs birthday. The boys went deep sea fishing and me and Shellie went to the beach and pool and just read. And then went to this small place to eat lunch. And it was way yummy and had a great view. Nick said fishing was a lot of fun. And they even got to cook some of the fish they caught and tried it. When the boys got back we went back to the beach and relaxed. Then we went to dinner to Bubba Gumps for Alexs birthday.

Day Five: We spent more time at the pool and beach. And of course we had more pina-coladas. It was a nice relaxing day. 

Day Six: We went to the pool one more time. Then we headed back to Utah. And of course we flew into Denver. And we had typical Denver luck and our flight got cancelled and we had to spend the night. But we eventually got home and eventually got our luggage. 

It was such a fun trip!!! I loved it.
