Life.

Life has been pretty crazy lately. We have been crazy busy and on the go. So there is some catching up to do. And this post might be all over place.

1. We got family pictures done. Jan wanted them done again so we did it to make her happy. I haven't got the pictures back of our whole family. But I do like these.

2. Levi went on his mission. I don't know why but Levi leaving was really hard on me. A lot harder then when Andy left. I think its because he is my little brother and I worry about him. But don't worry he is enjoying the MTC and is learning a lot. He is the zone leader and will be going to Canada soon. He actually asked me to make him a blog about his mission so I have been working on that. Feel free to check it out eldercragun.blogspot.com

3. We have been stressed. First my car breaks down. We fix it. We register Nicks car. Then his car breaks down. In fact there is no point in fixing it. So we are on the market for a new car. Lucky us my parents are letting us borrow one of their cars until we find one. We have been looking for a new place to live in SLC. We found a place. Now on to the moving process. Nicks phone broke. He got a new one. It broke. T-mobile and Wal-mart were being lame so he went about a week without a phone. Him not having a phone was a giant pain in the butt. Even though I have insurance I have to pay almost $300 for going to the hand specialist. Things just piling up and its been super frustrating. But I keep telling myself it could be a lot worse. I am trying to stay positive and think about all my many blessings.

We like this car so far

Anyway... Thats is what has been going on in with the Fawcetts.

A little gross.

On and off for the past year and a half or more I have been having problems with my wrists. I can't do anything without them hurting.  It hurts to put my car into park. I can't put any pressure on them at all. Some days is isn't bad and I can ignore it. Other times it is so bad I can't even sleep because they hurt so bad.

Well one day a month or so ago they were hurting bad and I looked down and noticed I had a few bumps on my hand/wrist area. I showed Nick and we decided it was time to go to the doctor. So off we went. The doctor had a few ideas of what it could be but he wanted to get X-Rays done and go to a hand specialist. So thats what we did.

The specialist told me 1. I have the smallest wrists he has ever seen on a girl my age. ha 2. He thinks I have something called a cult cyst. Unlike most cysts these cysts are growing like in between my bones and muscles. In order to confirm that is wrong I need to get MRI's on both wrists. Lame.  I have insurance but it is still a lot of money. And if I do have these cult cysts then I have to go into surgery. For both wrists. One wrist at a time. More money.

I just brushed it aside and haven't thought about it since because thats a lot of crap to deal with. But the other day I looked down and holy smokes! My bump on my wrist is getting bigger I swear! It grosses me out. Now I am thinking about the whole surgery/MRI thing again.

So now I have to figure out when I good time is to go get an MRI. It is hard forking over money for something that isn't a sure thing. Also it is scary and I will  have to ask off work and such.
Anyway that is whats been going on. A little boring maybe gross but thats it.

Here are pictures of my wrist. They don't do it justice:

Yes, that point is the bump on my wrist.

Days Of Fun.

Day One Of Fun:

Levi is leaving on his mission... real soon. It just so happens that Nick and Levi decided to have a last party together before he left. They decided to have a day were we used nothing but coupons that we had. It was delightful. Levi and Cleo came over Friday night we watched T.V. and played Mario. The next morning we woke up and went to Planet Play in Draper.

Let me tell you what... it was a lot of fun. Planet Play has all you can eat Pizza, Pasta, Salad, Ice cream, Slushies, and my favorite... Dr. Pepper!! We ate so much food. Then we played some mini golf, laser tag, and mini bowling. Me and Cleo didn't do go cart racing because we felt really special because us four were the only adults there without kids. So we let the boys go ahead without us. It was hilarious watching them. I am not going to lie the Fawcett's were undefeated in every event.

By the time our day was over we were all exhausted. And we all needed a nap. But I am so glad I got to spend time with my cute little brother.

Now for some Pictures:

Day Two Of Fun:

I love corn mazes! And I love the fall! So one day after work Nick and I went to Cornbelly's in Lehi. We decided that we might be getting a little old for corn mazes without children or a group of people. Because well... we looked a little weird by ourselves.  But it was still delightful.

This year the theme at Cornbelly's was the election. Don't worry Nick and I were pros at finding our way threw the maze. After we made our way out we wondered around and played with the toys (like I mentioned we are getting too old). Once we got too cold we went to dinner. We ended up at Costa Vita. It was a lot better than I remember it being. It was actually very yummy.

It was a nice break for the every day mumbo jumbo (is that the right term?). I love going on dates with Nick. And like I mentioned I love corn mazes. I can't wait for next year... maybe I will borrow a niece and nephew so we don't look so ridiculous.
